Chocolate Identity Standards petition
If you enjoy only the finest ingredients in chocolate please take a moment to voice your concern about the proposed changes to chocolate.
Some U.S. manufacturers are trying to lower our industry's "Chocolate Identity Standards" so they may produce cheaper, lower-quality products and still label them as "chocolate"; and they have submitted a petition to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for approval.
